These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Fortress Therapies. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.
- Refunds will only be issued for treatments cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
2. Cancellations & Rearranging Appointments
- If you need to rearrange your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
- Rearranged appointments must be rebooked within 4 weeks of the original appointment date.
- If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the appointment and payment will be forfeited.
- If Fortress Therapies needs to cancel your appointment, we will always aim to reappoint as quickly as possible within a maximum of 4 weeks from the original appointment date.
3. Health, Safety & Suitability for Treatment
- You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, illnesses or contagious diseases that may affect your treatment or the safety of both you and the therapist.
- Fortress Therapies reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed inappropriate or poses a risk to personal safety.
- If treatment is refused or stopped for safety reasons, no refund will be issued.
- Any injury, accident or incident occurring on our premises including slips, falls, burns, etc, must be reported by the client before leaving the premises or any subsequent claim against us may be invalidated.
4. Behaviour & Conduct
- Inappropriate, aggressive, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- If such behaviour occurs, the treatment will be stopped immediately, and you will be asked to leave the premises.
- No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
5. Late Arrival
- If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting other clients.
- The full treatment fee still applies.
6. Vehicles and Personal Belongings
- Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings.
- Vehicles parked on the premises are parked at your own personal risk.
- Fortress Therapies accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to vehicles or personal items.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
- All personal and health information is kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
Fortress Therapies reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
